I really like this loved the fact that you don't have to have tools to put together looks good when assembled

got my shoe rack today and I am very disappointed. first the advertisement picture shows it being 5 levels and the one I got is only 3 levels. second I don't have enough room for all my shoes that I needed if for. and lastly it is cheaply made and falls apart every time I touch it. there is no security for the pieces, you just slide them in and that's it so it won't stay together. definitely getting a refund!
