I have arthritis in my lower back and thought i'd try this. It really helps me sleep better without tossing and turning. It's super comfortable and squishy. The first time i used it, i woke up with an aching back. It took a few nights for my body to get used to it. Now i can't sleep without it!! Luv it!! A must buy if you have lower back pain, especially when you wake up in the morning.
