Delivery received 4/3/2024. But very disappointed because the 2 plastic "cages" enclosing the charcoal bag was crushed during the shipping process due to Markabu's extremely poor packing method/policy for all orders.

I will likely return these 2 units for refund along with 2 more units in another order due to arrive before 4/12/2024. I will go back to using baking soda instead.
